Brad Downes, Founder and Director of Progressive Financial Planners, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 29 years of experience advising clients on building financial security, demonstrating a very successful track record. He helps his clients to identify what an “ideal life” looks like for them and then helps them set the plans in place to achieve their dreams. Basically, he helps people make smart choices about money!

Our team has now grown to 14 dedicated and highly educated staff, including 4 financial advisers who genuinely love what they do and treat our clients like family. Each of us is committed to going above and beyond when it comes to serving our clients, whether they are in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie or further afield.  

The world of finance changes and evolves rapidly, which requires a 100% commitment to constant and never-ending education, training and development. In recent years, our commitment to the Financial Planning profession has seen members of our Senior Team being asked to sit on a number of advisory boards and consultancy group both within our licensee group and across the profession.
