Our Process

Our Proven Process helps us get to know you – your passions, goals, needs and wants. From there, we develop a customised financial plan that adapts and changes as your life progresses.

Initial Phone Call

Once we gather some of your basic information, we will get one of our advisers to call you for a quick chat. This will help us determine whether we can work together to help you achieve your goals.

Getting to Know You

After you complete a pre-appointment questionnaire, we will book in a meeting that may be up to 2 hours in length. In this meeting, we will discuss your goals, objectives and needs; what you are wanting to achieve, as well as the services we provide.

Research

Our team will conduct research into your financial situation to investigate different strategies and products which may be relevant to achieving your goals. We may meet with you again at this stage for further discussions.

Prepare your Financial Plan

Following our extensive research, analysis and discussions a Financial Plan, known as a Statement of Advice (SOA) will be prepared, outlining our recommendations for you.

Present your Financial Plan

We will contact you at this point to book a meeting to present your Financial Plan. In this meeting you will be given an opportunity to discuss the plan and other possible strategies until you are comfortable to proceed.
